Cancellation request

Before submitting your request, please note the following:

If you are still within your contract term, a cancellation fee may apply.
If you are outside of your contract, we require a minimum of 10 days’ notice for cancellations to be processed.
Once you submit your request, our manager will be in touch to confirm the next steps and finalise your cancellation with Debit Success.
